Our Product Offering

Trellis Housing Finance Limited is committed to providing home financing to low and middle income households though our flagship, GharHo programme. Under the umbrella of GharHo, THFL has introduced three different types of financing options, that are based on the Islamic Finance principles of Diminishing Musharakah (joint ownership): 

Maximum home value: Rs 30 lakhs

Maximum home financing amount: Rs 25 lakhs

Maximum Trellis contribution: 85%

Minimum Customer contribution: 15%

Maximum Financing Duration: 25 years

 

The Trellis and Customer contribution will be jointly used to purchase the property. 

We can also provide financing for the purchase of the residential
plot (which will be for construction only).

Maximum of 6 months will be allowed to start construction on the
land (?)

All construction plans will need to be pre-approved when applying
for the loan.

 

Maximum home value: Rs 30 lakhs

Maximum home financing amount: Rs 25 lakhs

Maximum Trellis contribution: 85%

Minimum Customer contribution: 15%

Maximum Financing Duration: 25 years

 

 

The Customer contribution will be utilised first and then the
Trellis contribution will be used towards construction costs.

Maximum home financing amount: Rs 25 lakhs

Maximum Trellis contribution: 85%

Minimum Customer contribution: 15%

Maximum Financing Duration: 25 years
